1. License Provision & Software Delivery: AI Chat Store sells digital activation keys (licenses) that unlock functionality in our software applications. All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment verification via the integrated payment gateway, the license activation key and instructions will be displayed immediately on the checkout confirmation page and/or sent to the email address provided by the user during checkout. No physical goods will be shipped.
2. User Eligibility & Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a license. You agree to use the software and activation keys solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with the documentation provided.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any legal actions or claims must be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
